Professor (Amb.) Mondy Gold, Ph.D., CFP, INHF, FCILG, FEBS Professor Mondy Selle Gold is a distinguished Nigerian American scholar, educator, and global thought leader whose life reflects a rare fusion of intellectual depth, principled leadership, and unwavering commitment to societal advancement. Residing in Newark, New Jersey, his work spans academia, public service, finance, and international advocacy, positioning him as a transformative figure across disciplines and continents. He is a Certified Financial Professional, duly licensed in the State of New Jersey. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems, followed by a Master’s degree in Financial Management. He subsequently attained two doctoral degrees in Business Management and in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Management. His academic formation reflects a refined convergence of analytical rigor, entrepreneurial acumen, and pedagogical distinction. With over two decades of executive experience, Professor Gold has held key leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Green Elegant Systems and Chief Accounting Officer of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Dr. Friday O. Ovenseri-Ogbomo is a Senior lecturer in the department of Economics, Finance and Investment, Benson Idahosa University, Benin City, Edo State. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Economics from the University of Benin, and a Ph.D degree in Economics from the Benson Idahosa University, Benin City, Edo State. He was once Head of Department of Economics, Finance and Investment at the University. He is a member of the editorial board of the South-South Journal of Economics and Social Studies. He has at several occasions served as external examiner to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) and the National Teachers Institute (NTI), a programme midwived by the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). In his knack for research, he has carried out a collaborative and joint study on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of a community in the riverine Area of Delta State. He has also published several articles with reputable journals both nationally and internationally. Primarily, his academic areas of interest are Development Economics, Petroleum Economics, Monetary and Financial Economics. He has served in several committees at the Benson Idahosa University. For more than two decades of University lecturing experience, Dr. Ovenseri-Ogbomo has taught several courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Edward Perekebina Agbai a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change and Dean, Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Emmanuel University, Raleigh, North Carolina USA. He is a distinguished multidisciplinary scholar, educator, and organizational leader whose career spans leadership studies, project management, and entrepreneurship. He holds a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change, a Master’s degree in Project Management, and a Post-Doctoral certification in Education (Entrepreneurship), bringing together a unique blend of academic rigor and practical industry insight.Professor Agbai is the Director Research at the International Institute for Africa Scholars (IIAS) and has served in various academic and leadership capacities across institutions in North America and Africa, where he has contributed to curriculum development, research supervision, institutional development, and strategic educational innovation. His work centers on enabling organizations and individuals to navigate transformation, embrace change, and achieve sustainable growth in competitive environments.His research interests include organizational change, leadership dynamics, innovation in education, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to management and development challenges. He has published widely in reputable peer-reviewed journals, presented at international conferences, and contributed thought leadership that bridges scholarship, policy, and professional practice. He has authored over 50 peer-reviewed articles and authored, co-authored, and contributed to over 16 books. His new book in Not-Alone: From Discouragement to Purpose and Refocus: Leadership Renewal in Broken Times.
Dickson.E.Oriakhi is a Professor of Economics with specialization in Public Finance/Public Sector Economics. Majority if his research outputs are focused on Public Expenditure, Taxation, Political Economy of Growth in Africa, Revenue Enhancement and Management in the Nigerian Economy amongst others. Professor Oriakhi has participated in several World Bank, Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) programmes and projects. He has served in several academic positions, and some of these include: Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Benin; Head, Department of Economics, University of Benin; and Member, Board of Studies of the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), Nairobi.

Currently based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, Victor serves as a Financial Advisor with one of Canada's leading financial institutions, where he specializes in financial planning, wealth advisory services, and advancing financial empowerment within diverse communities. His passion for economic inclusion and community development was further demonstrated during his tenure as a Newcomer Specialist, where he pioneered innovative programs that enhanced financial literacy, economic participation, and successful settlement outcomes for newcomers to Canada. His exceptional contributions earned him prestigious innovation and performance awards in recognition of his leadership and impact.Beyond his professional career, Victor is deeply committed to civic engagement, scholarly advancement, and policy discourse. He serves as a Board Member of the Nigerian Canadian Association of Saskatoon (NCAS), a member of the African Policy & Research Consortium (APRC), and an Editorial Board Member and Program Manager of The New World Order of Social and Management Letters (NWOSML).
